UVX Clothing is the business name and references to "we", "us" and/or "our" throughout www.UVXClothing.com ("the website") are to ABPM Consulting Pty Ltd (UVX Clothing).

Agreement 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including both users who are simply viewing the web site and users who are purchasing goods through the web site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as making a purchase signifies acceptance of these terms.

If you enter any prize competitions or other promotions on the Services, separate terms and conditions may also apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. 

All users must accept these Terms and Conditions if viewing the website and making purchases. 

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Every transaction is governed by the Terms and Conditions in place at the time of the transaction. These Terms and Conditions were last modified on 16/05/2023.

UVX Clothing products

PLEASE NOTE: Face covers and sun hats that cover the mouth are not specifically designed to prevent the transmission of airborne illnesses or viruses. 

UVX Clothing products comply with the Australian standard AS/NZS 4399:2020.

The UPF 50+ rating is for the fabric and does not address the amount of protection which is afforded by the design of the garment. The manipulations involved in the making of the garment such as stretching and sewing may lower the UPF of the material. Articles which have been designed to cover the maximum area of the body are recommended.

The protection offered by this item may be lessened:

            (i) at points where the fabric is in close contact with the skin such as across the shoulders;

            (ii) if the fabric is stretched;

            (iii) if the fabric is wet; and

            (iv) with time, due to the effects of normal wear.

The fabric composition of UVX Clothing fabrics do not always present optimal surfaces for adhering aesthetic embellishments such as logo transfers. When placed under repeated usage, logos may crack or discolour, however this does not reflect any deterioration in the function of the product or its UPF 50+ rating.

We do not take any legal responsibility if these guidelines turn out to be incorrect at any point.

UVX Clothing sun hats and umbrellas do not provide protection against reflected or scattered ultraviolet radiation. 

Colours

Colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on the website.

Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct delivery address details are provided to UVX Clothing at the time of placing the order.

The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.

Discount codes

To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the advertised discount code into the promo code box during the checkout process. Each discount code cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Offer excludes gift cards or previous orders. 

Promotional codes are for transactions on www.UVXClothing.com.au and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The sum or percentage discount will be reduced from the order total excluding shipping costs.

Free shipping offer

This offer is valid for orders over the Free Shipping Threshold after any discounts have been applied. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Sale and Last Chance

'Summer Sale' and 'Last Chance' items will not be eligible for return, exchange or online vouchers, unless deemed faulty. By purchasing a 'Summer Sale' or 'Last Chance' item you agree that the item cannot be returned. 

Sale - Up to 35% off select styles*

Up to 35% off is available on selected 'Summer Sale' items on UVXClothing.com.au, for a limited time only. The duration can be changed in UVX Clothing's discretion. Prices are as marked online. Due to the high volume of demand, UVX Clothing cannot guarantee the availability of stock during the offer period. The offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The offer cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase. The offer is subject to our general Terms and Conditions. The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Applicable refunds or credit notes provided will only reflect the purchase price of the item as displayed on the receipt, rather than the original retail price.
The Summer Sale promotion is only available on UVXClothing.com.au on New Zealand and Australian sales.

 

Refunds, returns and cancellations

PLEASE NOTE: 

    • Due to hygiene reasons, we are not accepting returns or exchanges on items which cover the face and mouth as noted on the relevant product pages. 
    • Swimwear Bottom and Swimsuit: all swimwear should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. In the interests of hygiene, returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or where it is obvious the item has been worn. 
    • Umbrella returns, exchange & refunds: 
      If you experience an umbrella manufacturing fault within the first 6 months of purchase, we will exchange or refund your original item.

UVX Clothing does not accept cancellations or amendments of orders.

Our return and exchange policy is 30 days from when you receive the goods.

Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, which means unworn and unwashed with all original tags still in place. If we deem that the good is not in its original condition, the customer will not receive a refund or exchange and the good will be sent back to the customer.

Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will assess the item and if deemed damaged on arrival or faulty, will provide a replacement where possible or exchange.

We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been delivered and signed for.

We do not accept responsibility for returned goods that get lost in transit. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

Refunds or cancellations will not be allowed if the shipment arrival times exceed the estimated times.

How will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
