1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as when you received it and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that don’t comply with the conditions listed will not be accepted and will be returned to sender
- Customized or personalised items cannot be returned unless they have a defect or are damaged
- Items purchased on sale, promotion or special offer cannot be returned unless they have a defect or are damaged
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Simply click on the link below to access the UVX Clothing returns portal, and follow the instructions
- In the portal, you will be requested to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective, UVX Clothing will cover the return shipping costs
- If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item, and UVX Clothing is not responsible for the safety arrival of the return package
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria
- If the item meets the criteria, we will process your refund as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- In the unfortunate event that you have received a damaged or defective item, you have 5 days within receipt of your order to contact our customer service team via email (info@uvxclothing.com) to advise us of the fault. Please provide a photo of the faulty item and your order number so our customer care team can assist you before processing a replacement of the faulty item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized items unless they have a defect or are damaged
